HIV Awareness Month

I can not begin to express how excited I am that The Well Project is playing an intricate part in establishing a National AIDS Awareness Month! This thrills me to the core!

While we currently have World AIDS Day, one day is simply not enough. The opportunity to spread a message for an entire month is a gift!

Society needs to be educated about HIV/AIDS. They need to understand that it does not discriminate and that it's impact is great. This disease could potentially be eradicated, or at the very least greatly reduced, through education.

Thank you The Well Project for being apart of something GREAT!

I agree totally. AIDS awareness month is an evolving improvement to educating the public and to extend many wonderful projects that are already in place.

In 2014 we conducted the largest outcomes measurement survey on The Well Project programming in our history. This survey collected demographic information and measured the use and impact of The Well Project's online resources on health-seeking behaviors and quality-of-life indicators.

Diarrhea is often a common problem for people living with HIV. Learn how it affects your body and what you can do to prevent and treat it.

On July 7, The Well Project joined forces with partner organizations, Positive Women’s Network-USA, and TheBody.com to present its 3rd webinar in the 2016 WATCH! series, "Why Race Matters: Women, Intersectionality, and HIV."
