My spirit gets shaken when people write me and tell me they want to get famous for having HIV. This is not about fame or us!! It's about saving lives and giving hope to the hopeless!!! For me, I did thousands of hours as a volunteer for my hospital and for the Red Cross, getting trained by the health department for testing and to be a peer educator. Almost 16 years working daily and with no pay.
