Seeking advice

I went for my checkup yesterday and something is not right with my test results. It seems that my CD4 count keeps dropping and they can't say why. It went from 778 in January, 2013 to 690 in August, 2013 and 577 in a April, 2014. I can't remember the last time I had a viral load test run, because in Nigeria most treatment centres don't provide that service.

My cd4's went lower as my Viral load went lower, with no meds. I can't say what happens on meds...but it looks like if your sick or fighting the virus...or a cold...cd4's go up. As you beat the germ/virus..it looks like cd'4s come down again. I can't say for sure, as I only track my stat's. I am rarely ill, I eat very good foods, and my cuts heal in a day. I can only go day by day, but I do think healthy fresh foods strenghthen us....and everyone. Junk food robs us of our health, and HIV wins!

Hey Nono, I can relate to what you are feeling....Mine drastically dropped out of no where and I refused to go on medication so I decided to try get it up again. My viral load went down but CD4 slowly coming up...I have tried everything....Try avoiding stress, I think HIV more thn anything is very mental and spiritual once that part is in good condition the rest will follow.
