We are thrilled to announce our panelists, who will discuss the impact of criminal laws on sexual orientation and gender identity, sex work, drug use, and HIV status on the HIV epidemic in the District, across the U.S., and around the world. After the panel please join us for a reception with wine, hors d'oeuvres, and more discussion.
