Patricia Reynolds-Meade, owner of A Positive Option, has been an Addiction Counselor/Life Coach from as far back as she can remember. She had her first intervention in the girl’s bathroom in middle school at age thirteen years old. Pat is passionate about using her skills and talents to motivate and empower her clients, especially women, to live abundant lives and eliminate emotional pain. Pat has a unique understanding of the confluence of spiritual lack and mental health. Pat consistently offers fresh insight, inspiration, and practical solutions to life’s problems.
