HIV Information

The Well Project is committed to building agency and health literacy among women living with HIV by developing and providing access to culturally responsive, scientifically accurate, women-focused HIV information. Our content addresses a wide range of issues related to HIV and women's health.

On this page, you will find our comprehensive library of nearly 200 educational fact sheets in English, Spanish, and Hindi; more than 60 slide sets in English and Spanish; links to webinars that The Well Project has hosted; and interviews and programming highlighting many of our amazing community members.

Our fact sheets cover many HIV health, lifestyle, and prevention topics. Check out our library of more than 120 (and growing!) fact sheets – all written with our global community in mind.

The Well Project believes that knowledge is power. We are dedicated to providing tools to our members to use to further their knowledge, as well as to educate and empower others in their community. In addition to our fact sheets, we have developed several slide sets on important topics related to HIV.

Visit this section to find the articles our readers consider the most popular and most important. You will find basic information on HIV, testing positive, safer sex, pregnancy, STDs, and caring for a woman's body.

Here we invite you to meet some amazing women – women who are making a difference in their local communities and in the lives of women living with HIV across the globe. This section features members of our community advisory board as well as other advocates working to end the epidemic of HIV among women and girls.

In this section, we provide access to recordings, slides, and other supporting materials from our live webinars. If you were unable to attend, or want to reference the information shared during the webinar, this is the place to look!

One of the primary goals of The Well Project is to change developments around the world by preventing HIV/AIDS through information and education. Due to the large number of Indian users of the website, we have started translating many of our popular factsheets into Hindi.
