The language we use defines who we are. It is critical we use appropriate language when talking about ourselves, when talking with others, and when sharing on social media and other forms of media and communications.

This webinar is an educational and empowering presentation which discusses the use of language in relation to living with HIV. The goal of this presentation is to increase participants' use of non-stigmatizing language in relation to people living with HIV.

Presenters include:

Valerie Wojciechowicz - HIV/AIDS educator, testing counselor, fitness professional and mentor

Vickie Lynn - doctoral student, University of South Florida, College of Public Health
