Department of AIDS is abolished in India [copied content]

Dear Forum,
We did not forget, Shri Modiji said in the Center Hall of the Parliament that His Government is dedicated for Vanchith(People who are discriminated),Peedith(People who are suffering) and garib(People who are Poor).
Now It surprised me that dismantle of DAC, which means DAC does not stands for his vision
I, honestly urge Officials of DAC should clarify this to the community so that we should understand the meaning recent merger. One of the reasons for dismantled DAC is mentioned in the News paper that new infection is coming down; I think, this itself can support to sustain DAC.
Last few years, DAC is suffering from the crisis of Stock out of ART Medicines, and they have to tell the truth, such as details of NACP-IV, how many people died each year?, how many people newly infected each year?,etc.. to the public.

Regards,
KK Abraham
