Below is a list of providers by US region who are informed about family planning, pregnancy, birth, and/or postpartum care for people living with HIV.

If you are an HIV-friendly reproductive health or service provider and would like your name, organization, or clinic to be added to this resource list, please carefully fill out the form at the bottom of this page (or access the form by clicking this link). Please allow several weeks for the page to be updated with your information. Readers: Please be aware that these listings are self-reported, and that The Well Project is unable to review each entry for accuracy.

Sometimes it can be difficult to find a healthcare provider who is knowledgeable about HIV and pregnancy. Some healthcare providers simply are not aware of the wealth of information about pregnancy planning for their patients living with HIV. Thankfully, the situation is changing and there are now reliable resources for finding the information and affirming services you need.

See our fact sheet on Getting Pregnant and HIV for more information on reproductive options.

Getting PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis)

Not all healthcare providers are comfortable or knowledgeable about prescribing PrEP. PleasePrEPMe.org has a growing, searchable database of US providers who offer PrEP – as well as resources for providers and navigators to become better informed.
