A refugee from Lima, Peru, Arianna has spoken at dozens of trans and HIV-related conferences and is currently consulting for the White House's National HIV/AIDS Strategy and CDC on HIV and prevention topics. She is an outspoken advocate for trans women living with HIV and the need to expand PrEP access to the trans community. Arianna has appeared on the last two “POZ 100” lists. She is a former lawyer and political sciences graduate of San Martín de Porres University in Lima.
