I've recenly begun exercising and would like to make it a more permanet part of my life. I often come up with excuses, such as being too busy to go to the gym.
What do you do in order to make time for exercise?
the most important thing for me was to make it a habit, no excuses. I always go first thing in the morning so I don't have time to make excuses. I started just by walking for 20 minutes and over time have worked up. I only use time not distance so on the days when I am not feeling good, I just go slowly.
