New path~Essential Oils

Well, in the quest to heal....to beat it, to hold it at bay!  I am going to try a new theory.  Now, since I am already doing quite well...I encourage healthy eating!!!  Vehemently! as you know, if you've been reading all along.

But a new healthy claim has surfaced. Essential oils. Not perfume ones, food grade, 100% life giving, high quality oils. I am not here to sell you anything. But I am going to try it, and report back to you on the outcome.  They claim ALL kinds of benefits, and I am looking to see if it's true.

I struggle with weight...too much of it. I eat healthy, but I love my coffee! Sweet and Creamy!  Honey or brown sugar....and oh, those decadent creamers!  Full of chemicals and sugar and fat.  I don't like water, and I am not proud of it!  But they claim some tangerine oil and a few drops of cinnamon oil...will get water in me, and strip out firmly held toxins, that are suffocating my cells!  Well, makes some sense to me....and I told them I was HIV positive, and had a real quest in my heart....for me and YOU!  So  I will be scraping together the funds and time to learn about this and test it.  What if we could heal ourselves?  I believe positive thinking is half the battle and that healthy eating is the other half.  Cross your fingers and say your prayers....never give up on trying to heal. It's with in your power, all you have to do is keep trying.  oxoxoxoxox's   Linda
