I'm a 34 year old guy living in mumbai and my p24 has come positive and my exposure was about 3 months back. I'm in a very bad mental state right now. Is there a support group based in mumbai where I can talk or meet to understand my treatment options?

I have just been diagnosed with hiv. Is there a good doctor I can go to n start treatmen in Bangaloret. I want to keep my status discreet so would prefer to meet a doctor who can keep things discreet. I really don't want to talk to.support groups. I'm doing well emotionally and would need advice on the medical help I can get. I need a doctor with a good track record as finances are not a problem at all. Thanks in advance.
