Andrea Weddle, MSW, is Executive Director of the HIV Medicine Association, a community of nearly 6,000 physicians and researchers within the infectious Diseases Society of America. She has extensive experience in health care access and HIV care delivery issues with a focus on the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid and the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program. In her role, she oversees the association’s HIV policy and advocacy agenda and programmatic activities and development of clinical resources and guidance.
