Ashley Cason is an African-American woman with an ambition like none other. Ashley has always had a passion for helping those in her community.

She started very young helping in her family's childcare center, Hudson Early Childhood Educational Center. She expanded her community support by volunteering with several organizations that support the youth, homeless, and education. Although Ashley was born with HIV, she was diagnosed at the age of 15. A few years after her diagnosis, she began her advocacy in HIV/AIDS and sexual health. She went public about her status in 2017 at the AIDS Benefit Banquet.

Currently, Ashley is a part of national campaigns such as "I Am A Work of Art", Ending the HIV Epidemic, and HIV Stigma. She has appeared in several commercials, webinars, conferences, and interviews. In addition, she is a part of groups such as The Family Foundation of Greater Miami, Positive People Network, Stop the Stigma, Sister Love, Lifetime Survivors, and so much more. In 2021, she started her company, HER Voice. Through HER voice, Ashley strives to tell her story of trial to triumph to resilience, to inspire others to be confident and courageous in their life's story. She is a wife and mother and holds a master's degree in entrepreneurship. Ashley is a true testament that HIV does not define you. Jeremiah 29:11
