Louise Vallace is the founder of Aunty Lou's House, a platform dedicated to HIV advocacy and holistic wellness. She is host of the podcast "Aunty Lou's Hour"; in the engaging series "Aunty Lou Street Talks," Louise takes her message to the streets, directly engaging with people about HIV to open informative dialogues and reduce stigma.

Louise has spoken for numerous national organizations, including the BBC, The Royal Chelsea Flower Show, The Metropolitan Police, schools, churches, colleges, and Amazon. Her reach and impact are broad, reflecting her commitment to raising awareness and educating diverse audiences.

An intersectional wellness coach, Louise works with people to reach their goals. She also teaches yoga and vegan cooking online, sharing her expertise with a global audience. Her comprehensive approach to wellness integrates physical health, mental well-being, and nutritional education, offering a holistic pathway to a healthier lifestyle.

With 30 years of experience working with local government, the private sector, and domestic abuse charities, Louise brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her roles. She continues to contribute as a service improvement consultant one day a week, to improve service delivery.

Born in the East End of London, Louise's roots trace back to St. Lucia, where her parents emigrated from in the 1960s. She has three children, all over the age of 25, and her life experiences have shaped her into a passionate advocate for various causes. Being dyslexic and married to someone with ADHD, Louise is a strong supporter of neurodivergent awareness and inclusion.

Louise enjoys a vibrant and diverse range of hobbies. She grows her own vegetables, cooks vegan food, is learning to play the ukulele, and enjoys indoor climbing and lazy days at the beach. Her creative side shines through her performances with a theatre group, poetry recitations, and a love for travel. She is an avid reader and at the time of this writing is immersed in reading "Blackness at the Intersection" by Kimberlé Crenshaw.

Louise splits her time between her holiday home in Romania and her residence in the UK. She is learning Romanian and is creatively experimenting with veganizing traditional Romanian dishes.

Her commitment to community service is evident in her roles as a community advisory board member for The Well Project USA, a member of the European AIDS Treatment Group, a London HIV Ambassador for Fast Track Cities, and a community board member for the National AIDS Trust UK.
