Marnina Miller is a prominent human rights activist and influential social media figure with a strong dedication to driving positive societal change. Marnina serves as the co-Executive Director of Positive Women’s Network USA, a national membership body of women living with HIV and our allies that exists to strengthen the strategic power of all women living with HIV in the United States.

Marnina's journey into activism began when she joined the Positive Organizing Project, empowering people living with HIV to become advocates. As an openly proud Black Queer woman living with HIV, she has emerged as an inspiring figure.

Marnina's commitment extends to her involvement with organizations that include The Well Project's Community Advisory Board, and she serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Youth Across Borders, supporting an orphanage for children living with HIV in Honduras.

Recognized for her advocacy, Marnina is a recipient of the Violet Award celebrating LGBTQ advocates in Texas. At the National Minority AIDS Council (NMAC), she serves as a national facilitator for the ESCALATE and ELEVATE Training team.

As a Health Not Prisons Advocate, Marnina collaborates with advocates across Texas to promote the decriminalization of HIV. Under her brand "MarninaTheQueen," she leverages social media to address social injustices and raise awareness, with a substantial following and millions of video streams on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Her expertise in HIV stigma has earned her features in prominent media outlets such as Vice News, National Public Radio (NPR), and the YouTube Original Series: HIV Disclosure and Dating.

Marnina Miller's unwavering pursuit of justice and inclusivity makes her a leading advocate and thought leader, inspiring individuals worldwide to drive positive change in their communities, shaping a more equitable society.
