Alora Gale is a Seattle-based HIV advocate, patient educator, and public speaker. Her work is grounded in community wisdom, culturally competent care, and health equity. Diagnosed with HIV in early childhood, she has spent decades using her lived experience to advance awareness, reduce stigma, and promote affirming, patient-centered care. She has served on community advisory boards (CABs) across local hospitals and national research networks, bringing lived experience into clinical research and policy development. Previously as the director of BABES Network–YWCA (a peer-led organization supporting women living with HIV) Alora served on the Ryan White Planning Council for the Seattle TGA, helping guide equitable HIV service delivery.
