We did this! We shifted minds! We were made as examples and case studies in this journey, and we continue to, because we are determined to end AIDS by 2030.
I know by being honest this may upset some people but I have to be real.
Sure I think about HIV, especially as an advocate in this field, but my life encompasses so much more than HIV. All of ours do.

This is for every person who has been told their life depends on a pill — then made to feel guilty for needing it.
Through the hospital visits, the medication changes, the frustrations, the prayers, the tears — I am still here. I am smiling as I write this blog post.
