Today I have taken control of my HIV and my destiny through the power I gained from other survivors.
Is this really what God intended for me? Apparently. Am I truly strong enough to handle this? Of course I am; I have to for my son.
If even one woman visiting this blog is able to feel less stigmatized about her HIV disease because of what she reads here, then we are reaching our goal!
So this is my first blog...ever. I've been HIV+ for more than 21 years now and an advocate for women with HIV for 16...but I've never been a blogger.
