As part of our Love Your Life Project under the PAFW Initiative, Iris House is hosting a capacity building webinar to discuss the importance of emotional intelligence when facilitating support groups for people living with HIV/AIDS.

In this webinar we will: 

  • Discuss the role emotional intelligence plays in facilitating support groups for people living with HIV/AIDS
  • Learn how to integrate trauma-informed care practices into support group facilitation
  • Discuss practical tips for managing strong emotions and personalities in support group settings
