Your Voice Counts: The Well Project 2016 User Survey!

unpublished

The Well Project uses technology to improve health outcomes and increase quality of life for women and girls living with and at risk for HIV, by expanding access to HIV information and improving health literacy, providing a supportive community, developing advocacy skills, and advancing the research agenda on women and HIV.

In order to make our programs as useful as possible, it's important for us to get to know you, our users, better. We want to understand how you use The Well Project's resources and any influence they may have on your work or lives. We also want to identify gaps in information and research, so that we can try to address these needs through our programming or through work with one of our partners.

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and is designed for people who use and participate in our resources and programs. If you are not familiar with The Well Project's website or resources, please take some time to visit www.thewellproject.org before taking the survey.

We understand that keeping your personal information private is of the utmost importance, and we will always keep all survey responses confidential. As some of the questions asked are personal, please take care to complete the survey in a private space. Since you will not be able to skip any questions, or return to the survey later once you've begun it, please also make sure that you have enough time to complete all questions before you open it. When you reach the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter yourself into a raffle for twenty $20 gift cards.

Thank you very much in advance for taking our survey and helping us improve and expand our programs! Together, we can change the course of the epidemic…one woman at a time.
