Getting tested.

"So freeing. I cannot believe that I have been tested for everything and it's all clear. I would of never even thought to just ask my doctor,” says one man about his experience. “And she was a female,” the man adds, proud of his accomplishment. “I am too old. I never thought I would be having this conversation, and I'm actually so happy you had me do this.” On a fun note, now he wants to know how to ask about getting his prostate gland checked.

Encouraging others to practice good health, laughing yet serious. I am glad people in my community are not whispering 'AIDS'. We are talking about HIV out loud and together. Lately, I have been working with the communit,y not just on education and about HIV. I have been teaching condom use. I am amazed how many people don't use them yet have multiple partners.

Getting tested is great. Stay on top of it and if you yourself are at risk go test again.

Don't play games with your sexual health.
