My work centers on amplifying the voices and lived experiences of young women, adolescent girls, and young mothers across the Caribbean.

For as long as I can remember, I thought survival and worth were the same damn thing. If I was needed, I mattered. If I was wanted, I was safe.

Stigma will end if we all work together. HIV and AIDS will end if stigma is destroyed. Let's kick HIV stigma out as we enter 2026!

Going into a new year, I don't want us chasing "inspirational." I want us choosing real. Messy. Honest. Boundaries over burnout. Silence when needed.

My life has not been in vain. My pain became a path. My voice became a shelter. My existence has allowed others to exist with less fear.

Mi vida no ha sido en vano. Mi dolor se transformó en camino. Mi voz se convirtió en refugio. Mi resistencia creó un legado que sigue salvando vidas hoy.

To all the amazing young artists of Gihanga: you are an inspiration. Let us continue this great work with positive energy and hope to end HIV.

A careless ally cannot be my ally.

This is for every person who has been told their life depends on a pill — then made to feel guilty for needing it.

Now and always, it is an honor and privilege to serve and be comprised of and lift up voices of women across the gender spectrum. Full stop.
