How do current HIV and breastfeeding guidelines impact women's lives? What is important to consider regarding this topic? What do people with HIV and providers need in order for the field of infant-feeding options to expand? We convened a session with community experts discussing these questions and more at USCA 2019 in Washington, DC.

On October 28, 2019, CHLP, AIDS United and The Well Project submitted written comments to express continued support for HIV testing protocols that recognize the vital importance of strong protections of patients' rights to clear, oral notice of and consent to HIV testing.

The Well Project, ally organizations, and individual stakeholders are requesting a meeting with leaders of the Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America to discuss how to more explicitly incorporate women.
