Intro – Eunice ("Nonsensical-thinking")

Submitted on Jan 12, 2026 by  Nonsensical-thinking

A global network for women living with HIV is a dream I never knew existed at 15. With no community to support me, I naturally became curious about this disease designed to kill me, and the most important question—what it means to be a woman living with HIV—eluded me. I wish I had known about this organization back then, but now I hope to reach out to those who may live way in the middle of the mountains and have no idea about The Well Project and to be a part of an amazing community of women.

Why Eunice wants to be part of A Girl Like Me: I want women to know how vital they are, including those of us with HIV and those who don't know how to pay for their meds and appointments. My goal of blogging is to add humor to an already not-so-humorous label.

I would love to just extend a warm welcome to you, I found The Well Project in 2017, I LOVED the Girl Like Me blogging format and then there’s so much information to be found in this organization with fact sheets and other resources, I just love this organization, I’m so happy you found us and I can’t wait to learn more about you and your story
