The activities and conversations hosted throughout 2025 Black Maternal Health Week (#BMHW25) intentionally center the values and practices of the birth and reproductive justice movements.

I no longer have the hatred I used to have for my friend, but I still have that trauma from before, and when I think back to that time, I cry.

The discussion will talk about ongoing discrimination against PLHIV and document the history and structure of the ADA, as well as innovative legal approaches for using its protections to fight HIV criminalization.
