Working out Saved My Life

I urge everyone to move your bodies, work out! This has made me stronger! It takes my anxiety away! My Depression has not resurfaced since I started on May 26th! I urge everyone to find their own way of moving your body and sweating! This is the best medicine for me. I am stronger, with less stress and anxiety and feel that I have more endurance and I am healthier!! I started slowly and now I am working out 4 times a week doing cardio and weights.
